About One and Every
One and Every is a modern home & gift shop based in Pershore. We curate beautiful, meaningful products and champion local design. As we grow in-store and online, we’re looking for a friendly, organised teammate to help us delight customers and keep our online shop fresh.
Role Snapshot
- Role: Retail & E-Commerce Assistant (Part-time)
- Hours: 16–24 per week (includes alternate Saturdays)
- Location: Pershore
- Start: ASAP
What you’ll do
- Welcome customers, recommend gifts, and wrap purchases beautifully
- Refresh displays and maintain shop standards
- Upload products to the website (photos, descriptions, pricing)
- Pick/pack online orders and manage postage
- Create simple posts using Canva templates
- Support at local markets and seasonal events
You’ll be great if you…
- Love independent retail, gifts & interiors
- Are confident, friendly and proactive
- Have a good eye for display and detail
- Are comfortable with basic computer tasks (Canva/website admin helpful)
- Can work independently and as part of a small team

Do I need e-commerce experience? Helpful, but not essential — we’ll show you our systems.
Do I need to work Saturdays? Yes, alternate Saturdays as part of the rota.
Is this term-time friendly? Hours can be discussed to suit the right person.
